Stolen TImberland boots black

Dear sir or Madam,Itinerary no. 136********In regards to the hotel Adagio, we spent 3 nights and 4 days during our stay in france. On the day  we checked out which was the 3rd of November a pair of Timberland black leather boots where left in the room. We were on our way to the train station and remembered the boots where left in the Hotel. We went back to inform reception about the boots left in the hotel room to be handed back as it was long we checked out from the room. But was told the boots was no longer in the room. The boots cost us over £150, we were very upset as to why it was not handed over to reception. I was very upset with the hotel staffs and demanded to be compensated for my boots as it was personal item that as been stolen.   Kind RegardsHenrietta Udoruisi

Don't stay Adagio Basel Hotel

I want to share my real experience. The story was happened 26 January 2012. I have booked 3 standard rooms at Adagio Basel Hotel via Agency for upcoming Baselworld 2012. I am the exhibitor of the trade and I have a reservation confirmation in my hand. But suddenly the agency sent me a letter said the hotel didn't keep the rooms for me and they want me to stay another hotel which is located on the boarder. I contacted the hotel directly, I talked to the Front Manager named Steffen Ruhland. His attitude was really really terrible. He said "don't have a room for you, and I DON'T CARE, you can come but you have to sleep in the lobby. I DON'T CARE what you feel. that's all I can do". The second time I called him again and fax to him my confirmation, I asked him for the head office number to find anyone I can talk and understand us, he hang up during conversation. I don't know how did the hotel choose this person to be a manager. If you don't want to experience like this. DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I wan't this to be an example to everyone.
